Biography
Sakir Humayun Gultekin, M.D., joined the Department of Pathology in June, 2004. Dr. Gultekin received his MD from Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey. He completed residency training in Neurology at Istanbul University, and Neuropathology training at Brigham & Women Hospitals. His clinical activities include diagnostic neuropathology and general surgical pathology. His major research interests are in the fields of brain tumors, paraneoplastic diseases, and muscle disease.
