Biography
Dr. Carney received her BA from Stanford in 1997. Dr. Carney received her medical degree from University of California San Francisco School of Medicine in 2004. She completed her residency program at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose in 2007 where she served as Chief Resident.
