Biography
The focus of Dr. Anderson`s research is the pathophysiology of renal disease including risk factors, mechanisms, and therapeutic interventions. Her special interests are in hypertension, chronic renal disease and diabetic kidney disease. Dr. Anderson received her board certification in Nephrology in 1988, and in Internal Medicine in 1982. She currently serves as the Chief of the Medical Service at the Portland VA Medical Center.
