Christy Allwein, P.T.

Biography

I have been fortunate throughout my career to get to work with a diversity of clients, from recreational and professional athletes, to those who just want to return to their normal everyday activity free from injury. I specialize in working with both surgical and non-surgical patients and utilize manual therapy techniques, tailored exercise programs, and education to meet each client’s unique needs. I am currently training to become certified in Stott Pilates and enjoy working with appropriate clients here on the Pilates Reformer. I enjoy spending as much time as I can outside, whether it’s camping, hiking, telemark and back country skiing, or running, as well as going for nice long walks with my family, rain or shine!
