We appreciate your interest in the OHSU PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program. Qualified candidates are those that have completed (or are going to complete) a PGY1 residency experience. These candidates are encouraged to apply. A completed application and required documents are due no later than January 10 in PhORCAS.
