As Oregon's only academic medical center, The OHSU Department of Pharmacy Services is committed to teaching the next generation of pharmacy practitioners.  We proudly offer three residency programs accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and a fourth seeking accreditation. A total of seven positions are available, with four positions offered for practitioners interested in completing a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency, one specialty residency position in PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics, one specialty residency position in PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and one specialty residency position in PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy.

Our programs are highlighted annually at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting during the Residency Showcase.
