Dennis Crawford, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Dennis Crawford performs knee surgery at OHSU Orthopaedics and RehabilitationDr. Crawford earned his M.D. from Boston University School of Medicine and a residency at Brown University. He is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, and fellowship-trained in both Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Trauma.

Andrea Herzka, M.D.

Dr. Andrea Herzka performs arthroscopic knee surgery at OHSU Orthopaedics and RehabilitationDr. Herzka earned her M.D. from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Johns Hopkins. She completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and specializes in athletic injuries and arthroscopic surgery.
