Vascular Clinic
OHSU’s Vascular Health Clinic specializes in diseases that block, narrow or enlarge arteries, affecting blood circulation to the legs, abdomen, kidneys, intestines or neck. This multidisciplinary clinic represents a collaboration between OHSU’s Division of Cardiology and the Dotter Interventional Institute and focuses on medical therapy, lifestyle changes, secondary prevention and endovascular treatment.
Services at This Clinic:
- Diagnosis, staging and medical management of circulation disorders such as peripheral arterial disease (PAD), abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and renal artery stenosis
- Management of carotid artery stenosis, in collaboration with Interventional Neuroradiology and Stroke Neurology
- Evaluations for minimally invasive treatments
- Balloon angioplasty and stenting procedures for narrowed or blocked arteries
- Endovascular stent graft procedures for aortic aneurysms
