Dr. Sergio Fazio, director of OHSU Preventive CardiologyDr. Sergio Fazio is director of OHSU’s Center for Preventive Cardiology and is board certified in Lipidology (cholesterol). Dr. Fazio and his research team have relocated from Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was chief of Cardiovascular Disease Prevention.
