Stress Reduction - Breath by Breath Class

Mindfulness is a practice of moment-to-moment observation, and can be highly effective in helping bring calm and clarity to the pressures of daily life. This is a powerful adjunct to therapy or medical treatment, and has proven beneficial for health conditions such as cardiovascular disease and chronic pain disorders.

Mindfulness based stress reduction teaches the participants specific skills to develop greater presence of mind, concentration, deep relaxation, and mental and emotional clarity.
