Heart Screening (Beaverton)
February 12, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Free heart health screenings include testing for: lipid panel (HDL and LDL cholesterol, triglycerides), glucose and blood pressure. Screenings are on a first-come, first-served basis and include a finger prick blood draw. Fasting is not required for this screening; however, fasting can give more accurate results. If you choose to fast, avoid all food and caloric liquids eight hours prior to your screening.

Group meetings

Cardiac Support Group - The Heart to Heart cardiac support group is facilitated by experts from OHSU Knight Cardiovascular Institute. No registration is necessary; join us when you can. Additional guests are welcome.

When - First Thursday of each month, 4:30-6 p.m.

Stress Reduction Class - This class teaches skills to develop greater presence of mind, concentration, deep relaxation, and mental and emotional clarity, all which have proven health benefits for cardiovascular disease.
