Kay Ford is a Licensed Medical Esthetician who works with the doctors and staff in the OHSU Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery clinic. Kay provides skin care services for our patients, but also for employees and anyone in need of her services. She has a complete line of services, including facials, peels, dermabrasion, and she sells Obagi, PCA SKIN and jane iredale* cosmetics and skin care products, as well. Skin Rejuvenation Services
Kay provides a number of skin rejuvenation services in the Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery offices. You can see Kay independently or as part of your plastic surgery process. Kay provides her clients and patients with Medical Treatments like peels and ultrasonic anti-aging therapy, Therapeutic Treatments, like facials and Vitamin C treatments,and other other services, such as waxing. Medical Treatments:
PCA SKIN Advanced Skin Care System - Light to Medium - Depth Peels: Formulated using important ingredients like alpha and beta hydroxy acids, PCA SKIN chemical peels loosen old, dead cells from the skin's surface, revealing new, healthy cells.
DiamondTome Peel: Similar to particle microdermabrasion yet with no adverse effects from the loose particles. The DiamondTome Wand removes the superficial layers of skin by gently exfoliating with natural diamond chips.
Ultrasonic Infusion Anti-Aging Therapy: The next step in rejuvenation, therapeutic ultrasound achieves deep penetration and absorption of topical serums. Combining this with the exfoliating effects of the DiamondTome or with one of the PCA SKIN acid peels enhances efficacy. This treatment can be done post operatively to promote healing after surgery.
Glycolic Peel: An exfoliation process that removes a micro-thin top layer of skin and produces smoother, softer skin while diminishing fine lines, acne outbreaks, and that evens out hyper pigmented areas.

Therapeutic Treatments
Facials
- All facials include a relaxing face, neck, and shoulder massage, and steaming
- We can incorporate our DiamondTome peel or a Glycolic peel with these facials (see Medical Treatments above)
Signature Facial: This is considered to be a "traditional" facial and can be customized for all skin types and conditions.
The Detox Gel Deep Pore Facial: Designed to gently cleanse pores. It provides a strong antibacterial and antioxidant action.
PCA Rejuvenating Facial: This facial will effectively boost cell metabolism while leaving the skin bright and rejuvenated.
Treatments
Intensive Vitamin C Treatment: Ideal for parched skin overexposed to the elements. This treatment provides hydration, strengthening, anti-inflammation, and UV Protection that comes from Vitamin C
Pumpkin Peel Beta-C Mask Treatment: Exfoliates and draws impurities out of the skin while introducing the highest concentration of natural vitamins A, C, and beta-carotene.
Oxygenating Facial Treatment: Helps to stimulate respiration and circulation within the skin. Promotes healing and rejuvenates tired skin due to toxins, pollutants, allergens, improper diet and solar damage.
