Dr. Kurre's clinical research is focused on pediatric bone marrow failure, with an emphasis on Aplastic Anemia and Fanconi Anemia. He specializes in the diagnosis and comprehensive care of children these disorders at Doernbecher and collaborates with specialists at other centers. Dr. Kurre trained in pediatric stem cell transplantation at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and coordinates care for children with these diagnoses undergoing transplantation.
