Our Team
We provide comprehensive care and support to survivors of childhood cancer, including anyone under age 30 who has been cancer-free and off treatment for at least two years.
Our team is led by Susan Lindemulder, M.D., pediatric hematologist/oncologist with advanced training in clinical research.
Depending on your health conditions and cancer history, your survivorship team may also include specialists from:
