Survivor Program

We provide comprehensive care and support to survivors of childhood cancer, including anyone under age 30 who has been cancer-free and off treatment for at least two years.
We are here to help you with life concerns such as:

  • Living with the long-term effects of cancer treatment
  • Emotional challenges
  • Insurance coverage
  • Education
  • Work and employment
  • Fertility
  • Information and resources for healthy living

Our team of specialists meets every week to discuss the best way to meet  your child’s unique medical, neuro-psychological and psychosocial needs.

Our team is led by Susan Lindemulder, M.D., pediatric hematologist/oncologist with advanced training in clinical research. Other team members include:

  • Oncology nurse practitioner
  • Pediatric and medical subspecialists
  • Social worker
  • Clinical psychologist
  • Neuro-psychologist
  •  School teachers
