We are dedicated to providing your child complete, high-quality care for leukemia or lymphoma. We follow guidelines of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG), which is affiliated with the National Cancer Institute.

You and your child have access to coordinated care from our team of experts in:

  • Pediatric oncology nursing
  • Surgery
  • Radiation therapy
  • Laboratory medicine
  • Pharmacy
  • Pediatric subspecialties such as endocrinology, cardiology and infectious disease, as needed.

We can offer your child new hope through participation in clinical trials. Your child may be offered the option to enroll in a clinical trial which provides access to the newest, most advanced treatments for a specific diagnosis. We also study the best supportive therapies to help with quality of life and long-term effects of cancer and its treatment.

“We switched to Doernbecher after some research.  The entire Doernbecher staff is focused on the special needs of children.  We had a whole team of top specialists evaluating every situation and collaborating on Taylor’s treatment.  I was always confident she was getting the best medical care.”

-Shelly Jackson, mother of Doernbecher leukemia patient
