Botox and Dysport for Medical Uses

Headaches
Patients with tension and migraine headaches can benefit from Botox injections, including some patients who are not helped by other medications.
Excessive sweating – hyperhydrosis
Botox injections for sweaty armpits, hands and feet are very effective in most patients. Botox blocks the nerve impulse to the sweat gland so that the nerve cannot stimulate sweating. Most patients have injections twice a year.
Other conditions
