Laser Skin Resurfacing

Laser skin resurfacing is effective in removing unwanted veins and broken capillaries, removing pigmentation, lessening scars and correcting sun-damaged skin.

Laser skin resurfacing accelerates the natural process of exfoliation, speeding the process of collagen development. Collagen is the basic structure of skin, providing structure and firmness to your skin. As we age, collagen is depleted and our skin begins to sag. With skin resurfacing, the outer layers of skin are removed and new, fresh tissue emerges. The full effect of your treatment develops over months and can last for several years.

Laser skin resurfacing is effective in removing unwanted veins and broken capillaries, removing pigmentation, lessening scars and correcting sun-damaged skin. Depending upon how much affect you would like to achieve, laser skin resurfacing can require a week to 10 days of recovery time with active skin care during that time.

If you are interested in laser skin resurfacing, please schedule a consultation with a provider. Your skin and goals are unique and your provider will evaluate your skin and discuss the options available for you.
