Robotic Surgery Education and Outreach
OHSU is the only hospital in Oregon offering a dual console robot, we're educating the region's doctors about robotic surgery. Using this unique setup, learners may observe experienced surgeons at work or both doctors may work as a surgical team, improving operative efficiency and allowing instruction.
OHSU has also held robotics outreach events to train doctors in:
