OHSU Clinic: Urology Residency Program

Clinic Description

Welcome to the Urology Residency Training Program at Oregon Health & Science University. We are excited that you have chosen Urology as your specialty and are committed to providing the finest urologic training available.

Urology residents spend one year in general surgery and four years in urology. The first year internship is spent in general surgery at Oregon Health & Science University Hospital and affiliated Portland VA Medical Center. These rotations are under the direction of the urology residency program director and include general surgery, surgical rotations, critical care, vascular surgery, and/or trauma. The following four years of urology training takes place at OHSU Hospital, the Portland VA Medical Center, Doernbecher Children's Hospital, and Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center. Six-months of urologic research occur during the fourth year of urology training.
