Neurosciences Critical Care

Comprehensive treatment of injuries associated with brain, spine and spinal cord trauma are provided in collaboration with OHSU's emergency physicians, neurosurgeons, trauma service and the neurosciences critical care unit team.

Team Collaboration

Oregon Health & Science University is a Level 1 Trauma center authorized by the Oregon Department of Human Services: health services, emergency medical services and trauma systems to provide tertiary trauma care.

OHSU is the only academic Level I trauma center in Oregon serving injured persons throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. OHSU Hospital and Doernbecher Children's Hospital have provided exceptional clinical care to injured patients for more than a decade as a fully designated Level I trauma center.
