OHSU Family Medicine at Richmond is a team of knowledgeable and warm health care professionals who provide a full range of primary care services for you and your family.
Our mission: To provide high quality comprehensive healthcare services for the community of SE Portland especially its vulnerable residents while teaching healthcare professionals.
Services At This Clinic
- - Same day access. - Access to a clinician 24 hours a day, seven days a week. - Appointments also available with Family Nurse practitioner and Physician Assistants. - Women's health care (well woman exams, contraception counseling). - Full spectrum of family-centered maternity care, including cesarean section (pre-pregnancy counseling, prenatal care, delivery services, newborn care). - Newborn through adolescent care (well child exams, immunizations, school/sports physicals). - Full spectrum of preventative care for men, women and children. - Referral relationships with OHSU and community specialty practices. - Geriatric care (geriatric assessment program, physician continuity of care in local nursing home facilities and management near the end of life). - Lab and X-ray services are available on site.
