Clinic Description

The OHSU Behavioral Health Clinic offers adult outpatient treatment for an array of problems including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress, bipolar and psychotic disorders, adjustment to chronic medical problems, substance abuse/dependence, and gambling. Because people often need to cope with a combination of problems, the clinical staff (counselors, psychiatrists and a nurse practitioner) are professionally trained and qualified to provide care for all areas, and will help each individual identify and develop a treatment plan for each concern. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, marital and family therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, risk reduction training and education, and coordination of care with the primary care physician.

  • - Outpatient treatment of mental health conditions, addictions and pathological gambling.
  • - Group and individual counseling, case management and medical management offered by a team of counselors, social workers, nurse practiioners and psychiatrists.
  • - Off Marquam Hill, centrally located to facilitate confidentiality.
  • - Medical records are not part of the OHSU medical record system.
