Clinic Description
The Anticoagulation Clinic serves adult and pediatric persons on short-term or long-term anticoagulation for a wide variety of indications. Service includes periodic testing with state-of-the-art fingerstick blood testing, timely assessment of the response to therapy, prompt dosage adjustments, tracking by a system that supports uninterrupted monitoring, and communication using rapid links to other OHSU providers.
