We are happy to accept doctor referrals at 503 494-7891. Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Our on-call staff can help with urgent referrals 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the same number. Please fax patient records to 503 494-7233 or via mail, addressed to the appropriate doctor.
