OHSU

Transgenic Mouse Model

The Transgenics Shared Resource is one of several OHSU resources supported by the Knight NCI Cancer Center Support Grant. The grant ensures that management and support  services are available for the researchers and programs of the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute.

The OHSU Transgenic Core Facility is located in the Biomedical Research Building on OHSU’s Marquam Hill campus, which features the mouse pathogen-free barrier.

The facility performs generation of transgenic and knockout mice, cryopreservation of mouse embryos and related services. We also provide assistance and letters of support to investigators for grant applications.
