How Your Gifts Help
Nike co-founder Phil Knight and his wife, Penny, have issued a historic challenge to advance breakthrough cancer research. If OHSU can raise $500 million by December 31, 2015, the Knights will donate an additional $500 million to support the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute's vision to end cancer as we know it.
How can my gift make a difference?
We have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to leverage unprecedented resources to take an all-out stand against cancer. To do this, OHSU will need help from everyone who cares about ending cancer as we know it. Support from individuals, families, corporations, government agencies, and private foundations will ensure we meet the goal. Every gift matters. All donations to any area of cancer care or research at OHSU by Dec. 31, 2015 will be counted toward our goal
What do gifts help do?
Philanthropy plays a vital role in accelerating cancer research and care - helping to fund and launch new research studies, fund important outreach and patient care initiatives, and educate future cancer experts. Your support makes a difference in our ability to bring new hope to patients more quickly.
