OHSU Facial Pain Program
The OHSU Facial Pain Program is a national leader in treating facial pain. This includes orofacial pain (pain from the motor and sensory parts of the trigeminal nerve system) and trigeminal neuralgia (facial nerve pain, also called tic douloureux).
Facial pain can be complicated and have many causes and forms of treatment. The OHSU Facial Pain Program provides you with a complete evaluation, including advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with 3D reconstruction. Dr. Kim Burchiel is a nationally and internationally known expert in surgery for trigeminal neuralgia.
