Biography

My interest is Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, and my research interest is new diabetes technology: glucose sensors, insulin pumps and research on the artificial pancreas.

I have research funding from JDRF and have had grants from NIH, ADA, Center for Disease Control, and Dept of Defense.

Authored about 55 articles in medical journals and 5 book chapters, mostly in the field of diabetes technology.
