Biography
Dr. Stout specializes in retina/macular and retinal vascular diseases. His current research projects include human gene therapy for proliferative and inherited ocular disease, retinal disease genotype-phenotype correlation, and ocular disease gene mapping and discovery. Dr. Stout has been board certified in Ophthalmology since 1990.
