Biography
Dr. Steele received his M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine with Honors. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Casey Eye Institute, OHSU, where he also completed a two-year Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship. His clinical interest is in all aspects of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, including surgery of the eyelids, orbit, and lacrimal system. He has research interests in movement disorders such as hemifacial spasm and blepharospasm, and strabismus due to Graves disease.
