Biography

Dr. Rice currently is the director of Fetal Cardiology at OHSU. She received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis, in 1978, and completed her Pediatrics residency at the University of Texas in Houston. Her Pediatric Cardiology fellowship was completed at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
