Biography
Serena Phromsivarak Kelly, is an Oregon native. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon and then her Bachelors in Nursing at OHSU in 2001. Serena then earned her Masters in Nursing at OHSU. With 6 years of Pediatric Critical Care experience and 3 years as a nurse practitioner in the Doernbecher Pediatric Emergency Department, Serena returns to the Pediatric ICU as a nurse practitioner. Faculty member of the Department of Pediatrics since 2007, she is dedicated to providing quality care to all children that pass through the doors of Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
