Biography
Dr. Orfaly provides comprehensive orthopaedic care for conditions of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. This includes coordinated non-operative and operative treatment for fractures and other acute injuries, post-traumatic deformity, degenerative conditions and arthritis. He has a special interest in minimally invasive treatment of upper extremity conditions including clavicle, shoulder and wrist fractures, shoulder and elbow arthritis, sports injuries of the shoulder, elbow and wrist, ulnar neuropathy and carpal tunnel syndrome. He also has a special interest in shoulder arthritis and treatment with resurfacing, standard and reverse shoulder arthroplasty and allograft glenoid reconstruction. His research has focused on the development of improved clavicle fracture fixation devices and rotator cuff tears.
