Biography
Dr. Nicholson received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, in 1985 and completed his residency and fellowship at Children`s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. He received his Masters in Public Health in 1997 from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Dr. Nicholson`s special interests include childhood cancer and blood disorders, brain tumors and Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) and adult survivors of childhood cancer. Dr. Nicholson is the former Director of the Kenneth W. Ford Northwest Children's Cancer Center at Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
