Biography
Dr. Nichols has a long history of excellence in teaching, and has received numerous awards and honors, including the Off-Service Faculty Teaching Award, Outstanding Teaching Award, and the Internal Medicine Residency Program Teaching Award while at the University of Illinois. Specializing in Critical Care medicine, Dr. Nichols has focused his activities on resident education and the management of ARDS and the management of septic shock.
