Biography
Dr. Luoh is a medical oncologist who specializes in breast cancer. He is experienced in all aspects of breast cancer clinical care. Dr. Luoh is actively involved in laboratory and translational research, developing new diagnostic and prognostic instruments and novel therapies for breast cancer.
