Biography
Dr. Leung currently serves as the director of Clinical Services. Being fluent in Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin and Laotian, Dr. Leung is also the director of the Indochinese Psychiatry Program and has special interests in cross-cultural psychiatry. He received his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, in 1981. He completed his Psychiatry residency at OHSU. Dr. Leung has been board certified in Psychiatry since 1989.
