Biography
Dr. Kelly provides cardiac care to children and young adults with acquired and congenital heart disease. He provides inpatient and outpatient care following pediatric heart surgery, and sees patients in consultation in the hospital and in his outpatient clinic. His subspecialty focus is fetal, transthoracic, and transesophageal echocardiography.
