Wilfredo (Will) Pérez grew up in New England. He graduated from Brown University in 2004 with a BA in Community Health and received his MD with a concentration in Global Health from the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. A world traveler at heart, he has lived in three countries and visited 11 others.

He brings to his career in medicine a genuine compassion for his patients, an extensive background in international health, and a dedication to caring for the underserved. An advocate for health and human rights, Will is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association. He is also a competitive ballroom dancer, salsa instructor and marathon runner. He and his partner couldn’t be more excited about joining the OHSU Family Medicine team and making Portland their new home.
