Biography
Dr. Horowitz currently serves as medical director of the Oregon Poison Center at OHSU. The associate professor of Emergency Medicine earned his medical degree in 1979 from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. He completed both his residency training and fellowship at the University of California-Davis. Dr. Horowitz has been board certified in Toxicology since 1991.
