Biography
Dr. Gries specializes in caring for infants, children and adolescents requiring anesthesia for surgery. She also specializes in sedation for diagnostic procedures and acute pain management. Dr. Gries is interested in resident and fellow education and is the leader for the residents from other departments rotating through Pediatric Anesthesiology. She is also contact person for per-operative questions at Doernbecher. In her spare time, Dr. Gries enjoys spending time with her husband with the company of Golden Retriever “Lilly” and Cat “Jenny” and will always have a story to tell about their animals. She also enjoys training for long distance running events and reading for the book club (even though is not always able to finish the book on time).
