Biography
Abbie Assefa enjoys working with diverse group of patients of all ages and backgrounds. She specializes in caring for patients requiring anticoagulation therapy. Abbie Truly enjoys working with patients and their families as they rise to meet the challenges of taking care of a loved one. Abbie is a graduate of Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland Oregon and a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has been a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and is an appointed instructor at the OHSU School of Nursing. Her personal interests include spending time with her family and friends, reading, camping, hiking, and running or walking her dog; a lovely 6 yr old Pekingese.
