The CDRC Neurodevelopmental Program is a resource for children with established or suspected problems with development. We diagnose and treat a number of problems associated with developmental delays.
The Neurodevelopment Program combines clinical excellence with innovative research. We provide services and resources for individuals affected by sensorimotor deficits stemming from nervous system damage or dysfunction.
Neurodevelopmental disabilities include problems related to the impairment of the growth and development of the brain or central nervous system which can affect emotion, learning ability and memory. Often these symptoms unfolds as the individual grows.
Our physicians provide diagnostic assessment and individualized behavior, education, and medication plans for each patient. Based on a child’s needs, we select one or more clinical teams to formulate comprehensive recommendations derived from a detailed family history, cognitive and play- based assessments, and neurological and genetic evaluations.
