Deposits & Cancellations
At this time, the Student Center is not taking deposits for room reservations and all outstanding fees will be billed 2-business days following the event. Please note that housekeeping fees will be assessed when reserved areas are damaged or left in an unclean condition.
All organizations are required to cancel their room reservations at least 1 business day prior to the reservation. Cancellations should be made by calling 503-494-8295 or emailing the Student Center staff at firstname.lastname@example.org
