Student Registration Information
Login to ISIS
ISIS (Institutional Student Information System) is a secure, interactive application, students may display grades, display unofficial transcripts, review charges and make payments online, review holds (if they exist), view personal information such as address, e-mail, etc., view and/or print your class schedule and register for classes.
Instructions: Click on the ISIS Online Login icon in the left hand navigation bar.
New students should have received your User/Student ID and PIN via separate, secure e-mails. IF you do not know your ID number, it is currently set up for you to be able to enter your SSN or a 970...number as the User ID. Once you have entered your current User ID and PIN, you will need to click on 'Student Services' then either 'Registration' or 'Student Services'. From there just click on any menu item and the next screen will list your new Student ID number which is also your new ISIS Online User ID number.
If you forget your PIN number: ISIS Online also asks you for a security question and answer so you can click on Forgot PIN? -- answer your question and reset your PIN. If you need to have your PIN reset, call the Helpdesk at 503 494-2222. If you have not received your User/Student ID via an e-mail, you may contact the Registrar's office at 503 494-7800.
Please note: ISIS website will be down nightly from midnight to 4:00 AM for scheduled maintenance.
