Refuel At Noon: Re-focusing using mindfulness
Mondays from 12:15-12:45 p.m. in the basement of Baird Hall, Room 6
Evidence shows that mindfulness is effective in reducing stress in various situations such as chronic worrying, fears of failure and dealing with frustration. We will make the time in a quiet, soothing place to observe thoughts and feelings in ways that enhance self-reflection and self-care. *Light snack provided.
