Refund Policy

Payment is required at the time of registration. We will accept cancellations until July 31, 2008. All cancellation requests must be in writing in order to process your refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 31, 2008.

Cancellations received by July 31, 2008, will receive a refund, less a 25% processing fee, and will take 2 to 3 weeks to process depending upon the original method of payment. Should you wish to substitute a colleague, simply fax or e-mail notification of his or her name and contact information by August 6th so that we may prepare registration materials.
