Re-entry Nurses
Re-entry nurses must :
- Complete OHSU HIPAA Privacy and You and Respect at the University modules
- Have background disclosure and drug history verified
- Sign confidentiality agreement
- Read the emergency handbook and codes
- Complete Epic and Glucose training
- Complete the Access & ID request form
- Contact the Clinical Placement Coordinator to meet and set up access codes
