All proposals for extramural funding must be signed off by OHSU before being sent to the funding agency:

Research Grants and Contracts (RGC) approves all proposals and signs contracts for extramural funding, with the exception of industry sponsored clinical trials.

Clinical Trials Office (CTO) is responsible for approving proposals and signing contracts for industry sponsored clinical trials.

All those involved in research at OHSU need to complete Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training and submit a yearly Conflict of Interest in Research disclosure.

Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA) is responsible for post-award tasks associated with all extramural funding: http://www.ohsu.edu/research/rda/spa/
